How do I earn rewards?

Joining the VIP Rewards program is easy, sign up for an account with Purple Brand and you are automatically able to start earning cash towards your next purchase. 
Your earning rate is determined by your VIP Tier, calculated on your order subtotal before taxes or shipping and your total amount spent with Purple Brand: 
VIP Tier (Free to join): Earn $3 for every $100 spent.
VIP+ Tier (Spend $500+ per year): Earn $5 for every $100 spent.
VIP Platinum Tier (Spend $2,500+ per year): Earn $10 for every $100 spent.
Make sure you are logged into your account when checking out so you are able to collect rewards.

How do I redeem my rewards balance at checkout?

Redeeming your balance is simple! Just follow these quick steps: 
1. Log into your Purple Brand Account Page.
2. Check your current active balance and locate your unique rewards account number.
3. Copy that number and paste it into the Gift Card / Discount Code box at checkout.
4. The system will automatically apply your available rewards to your order total!

Rewards may be redeemed only on qualifying purchases made online through purple-brand.com and may not be redeemed through retail stores.

Do my rewards expire?

Yes, promotional rewards are valid for 90 days from the date they unlock. We will send you an email reminder before credit expires so you don't miss out.

What happens if I return an item I bought using my rewards?

Rewards applied at checkout act as a one-time promotional credit and are strictly non-refundable. 
If you return an item bought with rewards, you will be refunded the amount you actually paid after the rewards were applied.

What happens if I return an order that earned me rewards?

If you return an item, the credit you earned from that specific purchase will be deducted from your wallet balance. If you already spent that credit on a different order before making your return, your wallet balance will temporarily go into a negative balance. 
The next time you shop, your newly earned rewards will automatically balance it back out!

Can I combine my rewards with discount codes?

Your rewards cannot be stacked with other offers! 

How do I check how much rewards I have earned?

Log into your Purple Brand Account Page.
From here you can check your current active balance and locate your unique rewards account number.

Are there any accounts excluded from the rewards program?

Yes. Our rewards program is designed exclusively for our individual, end-consumer Purple Brand community. 
To keep things fair, our system automatically flags and excludes commercial accounts, bulk resellers, wholesale buyers, and any accounts utilizing freight forwarding addresses.
