We ship from the United States and provide tracking numbers for all orders.

Please allow us 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) to process your order.  

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays (USA and International) will be shipped within two days of the following business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. Purple Brand is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies.

You will receive a tracking number for your order within 24 hours from the moment it ships. These emails are sent automatically, and also include shipping details. If you do not receive notification, please check your spam folder before contacting Purple Brand.

We ship to over 200 countries, please use the country selector on the top right of the website to choose which country you are shipping to.

Duties and shipping fees vary by country. You can preview shipping fees and estimated duties for your country at checkout. Please note some countries do not have the option to pre-pay duties and you will receive an estimate at checkout - payment will be required prior to your order being delivered.
