We ship from the United States and provide tracking for all orders. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order.
Orders placed outside of business hours, over the weekend or on American holidays will be shipped the following business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control and Purple Brand is not responsible for any delays/damage during transit by the courier service or customers. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO’s.
*Orders under $200 USD will be charged a $10 USD shipping charge
All orders are shipped with an Indirect Signature Requirement – this means all orders will need to signed for to be delivered. If you are not able to sign for your delivery, we recommend going to the courier website and arranging for your order to be held at the nearest pick up location to avoid your order being returned to sender.
Please note that orders placed with Express shipping still require time to be processed at our warehouse and may not ship until the next day. Orders placed after 10:30AMPST/1:30PM EST will not be shipped until the following day.
All orders will be shipped with a trackable service. You will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order being shipped. If you have not received a shipping email with tracking information, please check your junk/spam folder.
We ship to over 200 countries – please use the country selector on the top right of the website to choose which country you are shipping to.
Duties and shipping fees vary by country. You can preview shipping fees and estimated duties for your country at checkout. Please note some countries do not have the option to pre-pay duties and you will receive an estimate at checkout – payment will be required prior to your order being delivered.
