We ship to the United States and provide tracking numbers for all orders.
Please allow us up to 2 days to process your order.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery. If a signature is not acquired FedEX will attempt three times to deliver before holding the order at the closest chosen FedEX location. If orders are not picked up within five business days, FedEX will send the package back to our Warehouse.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays (Canadian and American) will be shipped within two days of the following business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. Purple Brand is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies.
You will receive a tracking number for your order within 24 hours from the moment it ships. These emails are sent automatically, and also include shipping details. If you do not receive notification, please check your spam folder before contacting Purple Brand.
