You are welcome to return any clothing ordered within 14 days of delivery for full refund as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and in new condition, with all tags and/or packaging attached. Items purchased at a discounted price, 35% or more, are and may not be returned or exchanged. Please note original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns must be authorized by Purple Brand customer care via email prior to shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery and customer will be charged with any additional shipping costs associated with this return.
