We ship from the United States and provide tracking for all orders. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order.

Orders placed outside of business hours, over the weekend or on American holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Orders placed after 10:30AMPST/1:30PM EST will not be shipped until the following day.  

Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control and Purple Brand is not responsible for any delays/damage during transit by the courier service or customers. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO’s.

*Orders under $200 USD will be charged a $15 USD shipping charge

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE POLICY

We offer Route Package Protection at checkout which covers lost, stolen and damaged packages. We highly encourage protecting your package using Route for peace of mind and quick resolutions to any shipping issues

If you place your order without Route Package Protection, Purple Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer liable for the shipment. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address and monitoring tracking updates closely. Misplaced packages are non-refundable. 

WHAT IS ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION?

Route is a premium service the offers protection for your Purple Brand order. When you add Route Package Protection at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen and damged packages. Submit your claim on Claims Portal using your email and PB Order # and Route will review it for approval within 1-2 froms filing.

WHAT IS A BUSINESS DAY?

A business day is Monday to Friday - weekends are not considered business days. Our warehouse and couriers do not operate on weekends, therefore no shipping and order updates will occur over the weekend. 

TRACKING UPDATES

All orders will be shipped with a trackable service. You will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order being shipped. If you have not received a shipping email with tracking information, please check your junk/spam folder.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to over 200 countries – please use the country selector on the top right of the website to choose which country you are shipping to.

Duties and shipping fees vary by country. You can preview shipping fees and estimated duties for your country at checkout. Please note some countries do not have the option to pre-pay duties and you will receive an estimate at checkout – payment will be required prior to your order being delivered.
