What are your Black Friday Sale Policies?
- During the Black Friday Sales period (November 11th – November 30th), any items purchased at a discounted price will be FINAL SALE.
- FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
- Order cancellation requests can only be accepted up to one (1) hour after the order is placed.
- Once orders have been placed, we are unable to manually modify. The shipping method, discount codes, address changes and items in order will remain the same unless an order cancellation request is submitted within one (1) hour after the order is placed.
- Order redirections will not be accepted once the shipment label has been made.
- Please note during this period Purple Brand is not liable for any lost and/or stolen packages. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further information on our lost/stolen package policy

How long will it take to ship my order?
Please allow 5 business days to process your order. Orders placed past 9am PST Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $100 which arrive between 7-10 business days, and Free Expedited Shipping on all orders over $400.
What is the return policy?
You are welcome to return any clothing ordered within 14 days of delivery for full refund as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and in new condition, with all tags and/or packaging attached. Items purchased at a discounted price, 35% or more, are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Please note original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Purple Brand USA only ships within United States.

Do the jeans come with both tags?
All jeans sold on Purple-Brand.com come with both the front hang tag and the back wash tag.
Why do my jeans arrive packaged, tied up in a ball?
This is 100% intended. All jeans are finished individually by hand, so no two pieces are the same. We package each jean and secure them with ties to preserve custom details such as the 3D wrinkle effect, and custom paint finishes when being shipped.
How do I wash Purple Brand jeans?
We recommend dry cleaning. If you machine wash, do so with the product inside out. Machine wash separately in cold water. Hang dry only, do not tumble dry. We recommend not steaming or ironing to preserve the 3D wrinkle effect. Prior to any washing, remove hang tag and back pocket tag.
