CAN I CHOOSE WHICH STORE TO PICK UP FROM?

You’ll be able to select a participating store during checkout. In-store pickup will only show as available at checkout if all items in your order are in stock at the location selected. 

 

WHY ARE SOME PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE AT MY LOCAL STORE?

Inventory varies from store to store. Some sizes, styles and colors may not be available at all stores. If the item is not available in store but is available online, you can have the item shipped to you. 

 

CAN I CHANGE THE PICKUP STORE AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Once your order is placed, the store location cannot be changed, and the order cannot be modified.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY IN-STORE PICKUP ORDER?

If you no longer want your order, please reach out to info@purple-brand.com and we can cancel your in-store pickup order. 

 

 

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER IS READY TO BE PICKED UP?

You'll receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup. This email will include what information you need for pickup in-store. In-store pickup is only available during store hours.

 

WHO CAN PICK UP MY ORDER?

At checkout you will be required to enter the name of who is picking up the order. This does not have to be the same name as the person who is making the purchase. Only the person listed as "Pickup Name" will be able to pick up the order and will be required to show photo ID.

Please make sure to use the full name of the person picking up the order and provide them with the order confirmation.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO PICKUP MY ORDER?

Be prepared to show photo ID matching the "Pickup Name" provided at checkout and to show the confirmation email on your mobile device or printed.

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

In-store pickup orders will be held at the store for 7 days. If you have not picked up your order within 7 days, your purchase will be refunded. If you change your mind before the 7 days and no longer want your order, please reach out to info@purple-brand.com and we can cancel your in-store pickup order.

 

CAN I HAVE SOME ITEMS PICKED UP IN STORE AND HAVE OTHERS SHIPPED?

No, we cannot ship select items from your order. All items from the order must either be picked up in-store or delivered to you from our warehouse. If certain items in your order are not available in store, you will only be able to select Standard Delivery.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN IN-STORE PICKUP ORDER?

You can return your in-store pickup order directly in store. Our regular return policy applies to in-store and online orders. You will have 14 days from when your order is picked up to return your order in store.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS IN STORE?

At this time, we cannot offer direct exchanges for in-store pickup orders. You will be required to return your order for a full refund and may purchase alternate sizes in store or online.
