What is the return policy?

You are welcome to return any clothing ordered through our online store within 14 days of delivery for full refund as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and in new condition, with all tags and/or packaging attached. Items purchased at a discounted price, 40% or more, are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Underwear is final sale due to hygienic reasons. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders placed online are not able to be returned in store at this time. Items purchased at our Purple Brand retail store are only able to be returned in store.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders placed past 9am PST Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $100 arrives between 7-10 business days. Free Expedited Shipping on all orders over $400 arrives between 3-5 business days

NOTE: Processing and shipping may require additional time during sales period due to high volume.

Do you ship internationally?

 We ship to more than 200 countries, please use the country selector on the top right of the website to select your country. Duties and shipping fees for international countries vary and can be found at checkout before purchase.

Do Purple Brand jeans come with both hang tags?

All jeans sold on Purple-Brand.com come with both the front and back hang tags.
