We ship to Canada and United States and provide tracking numbers for all orders.

Please allow us up to 2 days to process your order. 
Due to extreme weather conditions across the United States, there may be delays with your shipment. Purple Brand holds no responsibility for the delay of shipments.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery. If a signature is not acquired FedEX will attempt three times to deliver before holding the order at the closest chosen FedEX location. If orders are not picked up within five business days, FedEX will send the package back to our Warehouse. 

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays (Canadian and American) will be shipped within two days of the following business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. Purple Brand is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies.

You will receive a tracking number for your order within 24 hours from the moment it ships. These emails are sent automatically, and also include shipping details. If you do not receive notification, please check your spam folder before contacting Purple Brand.

Purchases to be delivered within British Columbia are subject to 5% GST plus 7% PST, all other destinations within Canada are subject to GST or HST.


USA orders may be subject to duty and/or taxes levied by applicable states. By placing an order with Purple Brand, you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any such charges.



You are welcome to return any clothing ordered within 14 days of delivery for full refund as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and in new condition, with all tags and/or packaging attached. Items purchased at a discounted price, 35% or more, are Final Sale and may not be returned. Please note original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returns must be authorized by Purple Brand customer care via email prior to shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery and customer will be charged with any additional shipping costs associated with this return.

Returns from the USA

Return shipping is free for customers within USA. Please follow guidelines above to get an approval for your return. Once approved we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Once you receive your shipping label, please return to the shipping address below.

Occasionally, we may require additional information to verify your identity. In this case we will contact you by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.  



All transactions made in Canada are in Canadian dollars. All transactions in the US are processed in USD. The exchange rate that is used when making a purchase is determined by your credit card provider at the time of purchase.

Refunds are processed in the original currency on the original form of payment. Variances in refunds due to fees charged by credit card issuers and payment institutions. These factors are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for such variances.  


Items discounted at 35% or more are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. “Final Sale” denotes the marked product’s return policy, it is not an indicator that the product’s price will not change in the future.

While we work hard to keep prices displayed on purple-brand.com accurate there may be errors from time to time. If there is an inaccuracy in order pricing, we will contact you via email before shipping to correct the error. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including price inaccuracies.  

Purple Brand does not honour price adjustments at this time.
